Guaranteed reservations and deposits

Upon confirmation of booking is required a valid credit card, or a deposit. Reservations made and guaranteed by credit card and or deposit, allow you to "check in" after fixed time. In case we can not honor your reservation, we will proceed to reserve a room at another B / B. under the same conditions.

Cancellation policy for individual customers

In case of no show (non arrival), or cancellations made 7 days. to 0 days before the date of arrival you will be charged, as penalty, 1 night for stays of up to 3 nights, while for longer stays, 50% of the total amount booked.

Details of Fees and Costs of Service

Reservation fees include breakfast 10% VAT and service. All rates are intended for one person in the case of a single room, two people for a double and a triple room for three people.
Tourist tax not included in the rates. From April 1 to October 31, 2012 Euro 1,50 per person per night for up to seven nights. (excluding those under 18 years)

    Arrivals and Departures

    Check in time: from 14:00
    Departure time: 11:00 am

    Departures after fixed time

    • Until 18:00, depending on availability, a charge of 50% of room rate.
    • If you choose not to book the room, keep your luggage.

      Early departures

      In case of early departure, we will charge the amount equivalent to 50% of the unused nights, with a minimum of 1 night and, in particular periods (events, special events, etc..) May be requested amount of your stay booked.
