Guaranteed reservations and deposits
AUpon confirmation of booking is required a valid credit card or a deposit in escrow. And guaranteed reservations made through credit card or deposit, allowing you to do the "check in" beyond the scheduled time. In case you can not honor your reservation, we will proceed to reserve a room at another B&B. under the same arrangements.
Cancellation policies for individual customers
Cancellations made 14 days before the arrival will be not penalized. After that will be charged, as a penalty, 1 night for stays up to 3 nights while, for longer stays, 50% of total booked amount.
Details on Rates and Service Charges
The booking fee includes breakfast 10% VAT and service. All applicable tariffs are intended for a person in case of a single room, two persons for a double and three people for a triple room. Tax not included in rates. EUR 1.50 per person per night for up to 7 nights. (Excluding those under 18 years)

Payments
Please also note that, upon arrival you will be asked for the total services booked pre-payment.
Arrivals and departures
- Arrival time: from 14:00
- Departure time: 11:00 hours
Departures after timetabled
Up to 18:00, depending on availability, a charge of 50% of the overnight. If you chose not to book the room, we keep your luggage.
Early departure
In case of early departure, we will charge the amount equivalent to 50% of overnight stays unused, with a minimum of 1 night and, in particular periods (events, special events, etc.), Could be asked the amount of the entire stay booked.
